Introduction: Post-surgical hypoparathyroidism (PSHP) is a frequent complication following ENT surgery. Some patients with head/neck cancers require enteral nutrition (EN) due to dysphagia, mucositis after radiotherapy or chemotherapy, or post-surgical anatomical complications.
